a registered 501(c)(3) not for profit organization.

PACT is a program for a safer community and workplace.

Mission Statement
To help prevent domestic violence and increase stalking awareness associated with victim protective orders and promote safe intervention education. TV PSA     SURVEY

The PACT Vision
PACT is a united public safety education program that will help prevent domestic violence and increase awareness and effectiveness of Protective/Restraint orders through safe witness intervention education on behalf of PACT decal bearers. The PACT decal will be the nationally recognized standard to alert the public to the danger of potential attack and violence. Thus, PACT educational, public service and decal programs will deter and abate Protective /Restraint order violations to help maintain public safety and reduce the number of victims of stalking and Protective/Restraint order violations.

PACT promotes safe intervention: 4 steps to intervene safely are as follows...

1 Call 911
Get police (local authorities) on the way to scene to apprehend attacker.

2 Keep your distance
Don't get in the middle of a heated raw emotional dispute.

3 Create a distraction
Blow a whistle, sound a horn or break some glass.

4 Keep attacker in sight - (Anonymously if possible)
Point out offender to police.

PACTRICK PACT RATŠ is our mascot! He's McGruff's brother-in-law. (They're both crime fighters)

Anyone can be a PACT RAT - men, women, boys & girls (all shapes & sizes) PACTRICK PACT RATŠ

If you see anyone bearing PACT decals being assaulted, attacked or in potential danger, RAT on the attacker safely & blow the whistle on the violator/offender.

Imagine thousands of PACT decal bearers supported by an army of PACT RAT's. There's "STRENGTH" in numbers!

It is always best to witness any violent crime anonymously. Avoid having a news camera and mic put in your face as a witness. Keep a daily diary of any and all threats of violence made against you.
